Sales and Customer Service:

Execution and Operations:

  • Replenish sales floor stock as needed, maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing store.
  • Contribute to store maintenance, including cleaning, organization, and safety awareness.

Talent Development:
  • Take ownership of training and self-development, staying up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • 1 year of specialty retail experience.
  • High school diploma required.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for long periods, reach, push, pull, and bend as needed.
  • Ability to use common tools and operate a computerized register system.
  • Able to meet store banking requirements and respond to store alarm problems as needed.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb an 8-foot ladder.
