Job Overview:

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes is seeking a Ministry Leader to join our team. As an Area Representative, you will play a critical role in implementing the ministry plan for your assigned area, ensuring a consistent approach to discipleship and leading others to grow in their faith.

This role requires a deep commitment to serving God and following a spiritual rhythm that includes daily prayer and Bible study. You will be responsible for providing spiritual leadership to staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes, equipping them to serve others and live out their faith.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and develop effective and diverse volunteers who lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.
  • Work with the Director to serve the aligned International Region by praying, giving, and going.
  • Engage, equip, and empower coaches and athletes by ministering through 1-on-1s, Huddles, and Events.
