Vida Health Inc is seeking a qualified California Virtual Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our virtual health clinic, you will provide expert, personalized, on-demand mental health coaching and programs to clients across California.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing a panel of clients, providing evidence-based assessment, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions, meeting or exceeding completed consult expectations as outlined in Vidapedia. You will also be responsible for configuring Vida Coach calendar to allow clients to schedule and maintain regular contact with them using Vida's in-app video calls and messaging, responding and communicating with clients according to timeline expectations laid out in Vida policies.
The ideal candidate will have a Doctoral or Master's degree in psychology, clinical social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or other relevant field, and be fully licensed to practice psychotherapy in good standing. They will also have experience in cognitive behavior therapy and other evidence-based therapeutic models, as well as working knowledge of clinical diagnosis and treatment planning.
The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. Vida offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
