**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at Keke's Breakfast Cafe. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remove used tableware and clear tables after guests leave, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Take tableware to bus bins and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing.
  • Promptly clean table tops, chairs, and booths between seatings, and inspect the floor for any spills or debris.
  • Keep restrooms clean and well-stocked, and respond promptly to guest requests.
  • Communicate effectively with servers and hostesses to ensure efficient seating, table utilization, and customer service.
  • Assist servers with plate removal, especially during peak periods, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keep all Front of House areas of the restaurant clean, including the floor around trash cans and walkways.
  • Thank guests as they leave and ensure a positive dining experience.

Requirements:

  • No previous restaurant experience required, but a willingness to learn and work in a team environment is essential.
  • Ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop, and work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours).
  • Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Full-time applicants must consider Keke's as their primary place of employment.
  • Must have dark blue jeans with a black belt and black non-slip shoes on the first day of work.
  • No visible tattoos when wearing a short sleeve polo shirt.

Working Conditions:

Each location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Applications will be directed to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of individual franchise locations.
