Payroll Specialist Role

About the Company

Creative Financial Staffing is a leading provider of financial staffing solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in Richfield, OH.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll transactions, including direct deposits and pay card payments
  • Manage employee data, including new hires and changes to direct deposits and tax withholdings
  • Generate payroll reports and ensure accuracy
  • Communicate with managers to resolve payroll-related issues
  • Set up direct deposit accounts and pay cards
  • Prepare payroll deductions and other tasks as needed

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of payroll experience
  • Multi-state payroll experience required
  • Experience with ADP preferred, ADP Workforce Now a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Strong Excel skills

Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
