Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily bank receivables
- Documenting daily banking activities
- Inputting customer receipts and checks
- Administering cash flow budgets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Engaging in weekly discussions to forecast cash flow and strategize business expenditures
- Processing various payments and ensuring accurate financial records
- Preparing breakdowns for employee bonuses
- Effectively utilizing general ledger codes
- Maintaining a tidy office environment and organizing sales documentation
- Supporting colleagues as necessary
- Managing multi-line phone communications
- Demonstrating excellent interpersonal communication skills
We are looking for a collaborative team member who can contribute positively to the workplace atmosphere. The perfect candidate should be a quick learner, systems-oriented, and proficient in software such as Excel, Word, Teams, and PDF.
