  • Administering cash flow budgets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Engaging in weekly discussions to forecast cash flow and strategize business expenditures
  • Processing various payments and ensuring accurate financial records
  • Preparing breakdowns for employee bonuses
  • Effectively utilizing general ledger codes
  • Maintaining a tidy office environment and organizing sales documentation
  • Supporting colleagues as necessary
  • Managing multi-line phone communications
  • Demonstrating excellent interpersonal communication skills

We are looking for a collaborative team member who can contribute positively to the workplace atmosphere. The perfect candidate should be a quick learner, systems-oriented, and proficient in software such as Excel, Word, Teams, and PDF.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in accounting
