Mammoth Hospital - Physical Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Mammoth Hospital. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients referred for physical therapy treatment, formulating a treatment plan and goals, and administering physical therapy treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients referred for physical therapy treatment and develop a treatment plan and goals.
  • Administer physical therapy treatments, including exercises and modalities, to patients with a variety of conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, peers, physicians, and ancillary departments to ensure seamless care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy and a licensed Physical Therapist in the State of California.
  • Ability to work effectively with patients, peers, physicians, and ancillary departments.
  • Minimum of one year PT experience preferred.
