Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Spring Education Group. As a Preschool Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in implementing our superior Early Childhood Education curriculum and creating a happy, safe, and healthy learning environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of our Early Childhood Education curriculum, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for our students.
  • Collaborate with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community to build strong relationships and promote a culture of care.
  • Support the development of our students' social, emotional, and cognitive skills, fostering a love of learning and a strong foundation for future success.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in Early Childhood Education.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, families, and the community.
