Mental Health Support Specialist

RHA Health Services offers a rewarding opportunity for a Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team in North Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and New Jersey. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Person-Centered Plans tailored to individual needs
- Provide rehabilitative services, including recovery, stigma reduction, health and wellness, and personal development
- Support skill building activities and monitor service utilization
- Counsel and guide individuals to manage problems and develop positive relationships
- Access community resources aligned with individual goals for community involvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in mental health support, preferably in a residential or clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience. Benefits include:
