Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Gloucester, VA. As a Physical Therapist with Fox Rehabilitation, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and autonomous environment, providing evidence-based care to older adults in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults
  • Provide geriatric house calls to older adults
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
