Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bindery Operator to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining bindery equipment, ensuring high-quality production and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate bindery equipment, including cutting, folding, and binding machines, to produce high-quality products.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and control product quality, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Production Planning: Collaborate with production team members to plan and coordinate production schedules, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience working with production machinery, preferably in a bindery or printing environment.
  • Skills: Basic math and reading skills, as well as proficiency in computer-based workflows applications.
