Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Petit Ermitage. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests. This role requires a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute engaging beverage menus that showcase our unique cocktails and drinks.
  • Train and mentor our bartending team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.


Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
  • Knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines, as well as mixology techniques and principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.


Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
