About the Position

As a Retail Stock Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the success of our store by ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and organized. This includes receiving and processing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and Process Shipments: Receive and process shipments of merchandise, accurately recording inventory levels and maintaining accurate records.
  • Stock Shelves: Restock shelves and organize merchandise displays to provide an excellent shopping experience for customers.
  • Assist Customers: Assist customers with their purchases and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Maintain the appearance of the store, including tidying up the sales floor and back stockroom.
Requirements:
  • Background: 3 months of experience working in a retail, warehouse or operations role.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to move up to 100 pounds with or without accommodation.
