Position Overview

Belletetes, Inc. is seeking a dedicated part-time (20 hrs/week - Monday - Friday) Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, sweep and/or mop floors, sanitize workstations, clean breakrooms, empty trash receptacles, and clear debris from the front apron.


Weekly Tasks:
Vacuum carpeted office areas, mop floors in showcase areas, and ensure the back apron and showcase entry & patio area are tidy; sweep, vacuum, dust, and mop drive-thru office spaces.

Monthly Tasks:
Dust and clean display areas, collect litter around the property, and operate the sweeper in parking lots.

Bi-Monthly Tasks:
Remove cobwebs from overhangs.

Annual Tasks:

Power wash the exterior of the building and perform general maintenance tasks, including but not limited to painting, minor repairs, and winterization.
