Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective respiratory therapy programs
  • Train and develop a team of skilled respiratory therapists
  • Collaborate with the nursing department to provide tailored respiratory therapies
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of respiratory therapy interventions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
  • Current, valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RTT) license in Illinois
  • Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care
  • At least 3 years of experience in a respiratory role in skilled nursing
  • Respiratory director experience is preferred

Compensation Details

42-45 hourly wage
