Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive field sales strategy to achieve growth targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the agency's mission, vision, and values, as well as the services offered.
  • Identify and prioritize potential referral sources within the designated territory.
  • Build and sustain professional relationships with referral sources, including healthcare facilities and providers.
  • Enhance brand visibility through networking, community education, and participation in industry events.
  • Represent the agency with professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate effectively with agency management and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports on marketing and sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred degree in healthcare management, marketing, public relations, or related fields; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources.
  • Experience in hospice and palliative care services is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant applications.

Work Schedule: Full-time, with up to 36 hours per week, Monday through Friday.


Compensation: Salary up to $40,000 per year, plus commission.
