Lift Power Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Associate I to join our team. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of parts and inventory throughout our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and load trucks at the docks, and assist in putting up parts stock orders
  • Stage and process new tire pallets for pressing vendors, matching hubs with new tires
  • Check in received parts and ship requested parts to the appropriate location
  • Verify parts order packages for quantity and visual confirmation
  • Handle vendor packing slips and PO receipts to ensure proper processing
  • Locate and pull parts for service, shop, and parts orders, staging orders as needed
  • Pull replenishment for consignment customers and technician vans, staging in lockers or for delivery
  • Check in cores and initiate returns to the correct vendor
  • Manage all paperwork and process steps associated with shipping and receiving
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Follow safety and warehouse policies and protocols, performing building inspections as needed
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships and act as an internal company advocate
  • Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to express oneself verbally and in writing
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
