About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food and beverages according to company standards and recipes.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and maintain accurate records.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant setting.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues and management to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
