About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced OTR CDL A Team Driver to join our team at Atlantic Cargo Co. as a key member of our transportation operations.
Compensation and Benefits:
- We offer a flat rate of $2000 weekly guaranteed for 5500 miles, with additional pay for every extra mile driven at a rate of $0.40 per mile.
- For drivers who wish to stay on the road longer, we provide a bonus structure for weeks 5-8, with a flat rate of $2100 plus a bonus for extra mileage.
- Holiday Bonus Opportunity: Drivers who stay on the road for 2 consecutive months from November 1 to December 31 will receive a $2000 bonus, while those who stay on the road from December 1 to December 31 will receive a $1000 bonus.
- We operate in all 48 U.S. states, offering a diverse range of routes and opportunities for drivers to explore.
- Our team drivers enjoy a 4-weeks-on-the-road and 5-days-home schedule, providing a healthy work-life balance.
- We offer referral bonuses, clean DOT inspection bonuses, and weekly direct deposit to our drivers.
- Our drivers also receive a 1099 Tax Form, fuel cards, and cash advance options.
- In the event of a breakdown, we provide $100 per day for each driver, plus hotel accommodations.
- We operate brand new automatic Freightliner Cascadia, Western Star, and Volvo trucks, equipped with inverter, fridge, microwave, and bypass features.
- Our drivers are required to have their GPS devices at all times.
- We also offer a weekly deduction of $36 for work-related injury protection and a $1000 escrow, which will be deducted from the first 4 paychecks. Drivers must provide 2 weeks' notice to the company before leaving to receive their escrow back.
