**Job Description for Ambulatory Care Coordinator**

The Ambulatory Care Coordinator at Zufall Health Center is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. This includes greeting patients, answering phone calls, completing registration, and conducting intake as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently adhere to all departmental policies and procedures

  • Conduct all aspects of the job in a professional and ethical manner

  • Work independently with little or no supervision but use available resources for problem resolution as indicated by circumstances or need

  • Complete assignments in a timely and efficient manner

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bilingual English and Spanish required

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to work with very little supervision

  • High school diploma required; college credit or additional education in medical field preferred
