Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and interpret lab results accurately
  • Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries
  • Manage chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and obesity
  • Develop treatment plans based on patient history, clinical findings, and scientific rationale
  • Provide compassionate and thorough care to address both physical and emotional patient needs
  • Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including primary care physicians, specialists, and nursing staff
  • Educate patients and their families about conditions, medications, side effects, and the importance of lifestyle changes
  • Manage follow-up care, including referrals to specialists or hospital admissions when necessary
  • Document all patient encounters and medical procedures according to regulatory guidelines
  • Conduct preventative health screenings and health promotion activities
  • Maintain and update knowledge and skills through continuing education and professional development
  • Adhere to patient privacy and confidentiality standards at all times

Requirements:

  • Az NP or PA License (or able to obtain)
  • Completion of US Based NP or PA Program (Not Puerto Rico)
  • Ability to Commute to Location

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120k - $150k per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including med/dent/vis, PTO/Sick, 401k, CME reimbursement, license reimbursement, and malpractice coverage.
