We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the standardization and improvement of our construction operations model nationwide.

About The Job

We are looking for a highly experienced residential solar construction operations expert to lead our national expansion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient systems and processes that enable us to achieve the shortest possible install durations at scale.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Evaluate existing staff, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Recruit, lead, mentor, manage, and grow a high-performing operations team
  • Onboard newly acquired EPCs and integrate them into our operations
  • Scale systems and staff to support 30,000+ installs per month
  • Work from a home office anywhere in the USA, with occasional travel up to 20%
Experience And Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in residential solar construction operations
  • 3+ years of experience as a manager of managers in residential solar sales
  • Proven track record of leading a construction operations organization of at least 30 employees
  • Extensive experience managing outsourced partners both onshore and offshore
  • Ability to own overall construction operations efforts for a state or national territory
