Larson Design Group is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to serve as a technical leader and project coordinator. This role will be responsible for coordinating overall design activities, project submission schedules, and ensuring the final products meet the technical requirements and goals of the client.

The ideal candidate will have a Professional Engineer (PE) license and commensurate work experience. They will possess knowledge of codes and standards applicable to design of projects and be able to maintain collaborative inter-departmental and cross-functional working relationships with members of the project team.

The responsibilities of this position include performing independent planning and design tasks, reviewing work of others, preparing construction documents, and successfully delivering projects to completion. The candidate will also be responsible for promoting, utilizing, and supporting quality assurance and quality control processes to improve the quality of deliverables and reduce design errors & omissions.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant engineering field from an ABET accredited school and a minimum of five (5) years' job-related experience. They will also be proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Hydrologic and Hydraulic Software Packages.
