Stock Supervisor Job Description

Mango is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Supervisor to join our team at our upcoming store in Cambridge, MA. As a Stock Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the flow of merchandise in and out of the store and the stock area, ensuring a positive and respectful environment for our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all store shipping and receiving functions, providing on-the-job training and supervision of the daily activities of non-sell and/or stock associates.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom, working with store management to determine the most efficient stockroom layout.
  • Develop a high level of product knowledge of all categories of merchandise.
  • Achieve sales goals as supplied by management.
  • Perform transfers of damaged and defective merchandise, complete re-tickets, and charge sends.
  • Oversee and execute markdowns in a timely and accurate manner, auditing markdowns to ensure accuracy.
