Responsibilities:

  • MDS Assessment Coordination: Schedule and oversee all resident MDS assessments to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
  • Pre-Admission Process: Participate in the pre-admission process to evaluate potential residents' care needs and determine their suitability for our facility.
  • Quality Assurance: Analyze Quality Indicator reports to identify potential resident concerns and problems, and participate in the Quality Assessment and Assurance Program.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care, including charting, reporting, and progress notes.

Requirements:

  • Education and Licensure: Possess an active and good-standing RN license.
  • Experience: Long-term care experience preferred, with experience as an RNAC a plus.
