Salary Range:$ 100,000 - $120,000 per year
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary health care team in our inpatient psychiatric unit. The ideal candidate will have strong assessment and intervention skills, as well as the ability to facilitate psycho-educational groups and community meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop effective treatment plans
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and community meetings
- Respond to emergency situations in the unit
Qualifications:
- Current State of Oregon RN License
- American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers certification within 30 days of hire
- First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
- Food Handler's card within 30 days of hire
Preferred Experience:
Experience working in an inpatient psychiatric unit or with mental health patients
Education:
Associate Degree in Nursing
Core Schedule:
Week 1: Monday, Friday, Saturday; Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
