Job Summary

As a Senior Medical Assistant in the Breast Health Oncology department at LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support. Under minimal supervision, you will perform administrative and support duties, including clerical office tasks, patient registration, and scheduling. You will also assist in preparing for patient appointments, taking vital signs, and assisting with minor procedures.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human relations and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations. You will be responsible for maintaining a therapeutic environment for patients and ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with the S.P.I.R.I.T. Values of LifeBridge Health.

Requirements
  • Preferred High School Diploma
  • Two (2) to three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative and/or medical office experience, preferably related to surgical care
  • Experience in direct patient and customer service required
  • CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider certification
