About the RoleWe are seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents. In this role, you will provide a supportive and inclusive environment for approximately 8-12 students, guiding them through daily activities and responsibilities. Your duties will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a stable family-like structure for our students. This involves leading daily devotions, taking students to Sunday chapel services, and upholding a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance and support to students in daily activities and responsibilities
- Drive student home vans and administer medication as needed
- Manage household expenses and maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Report incidents and concerns to school administrators
