Job Opportunity

H2 Health is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Harrisburg and Lebanon, PA.

This position involves evaluating and treating patients with dysphagia, cognitive impairment, and neurologic disorders in a primarily geriatric caseload.

The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient therapy and be able to work independently and in teams to make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
  • Prior experience in outpatient therapy is a plus.
  • Active CCC-SLP state license.
