We are seeking an exceptional Pharmacy Manager to join our dynamic team at Walmart, driving growth, excellence, and delivering exceptional patient care.

Salary: $112,000.00-$197,000.00 per year (including annual performance bonuses)

About the Role

The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for leading a high-performing pharmacy team, providing comprehensive patient care, and driving sales and profit growth in the Pharmacy and OTC areas.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to deliver exceptional patient care and customer service.
  • Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and counsel customers on healthcare needs.
  • Analyze metrics and P&Ls to drive business decisions and optimize sales and profitability.
  • Mentor and develop associates to achieve individual and team goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP) certification.
  • Current pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
