About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our outpatient dialysis center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associate's degree in nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg)
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
