Maintain and foster positive relationships with customers; communicate effectively with management, colleagues, facility personnel, patients, their families, and other caregivers in a professional manner.
Provide education to patients and caregivers regarding the objectives and methods of therapy.
Accurately prepare and update patient documentation.
