Compensation and Benefits Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced benefits administrator to manage our employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate existing benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct market research to compare benefits packages and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits.
- Assist in the administration of benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding their benefits options and inquiries.
- Prepare and present reports on benefits utilization and costs to management.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage benefits budgets and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related role.
- Must have proven experience with Canadian benefits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
Benefits and Salary:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, STD/LTD, and other perks.
