Job Summary:

The Pediatric ER Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care to children ranging from newborns to 18 years of age who require immediate attention for traumas, injuries, or illnesses.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, intervene, and stabilize patients with various medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide education to patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in good standing.
  • Minimum 18 months of experience in an acute care setting.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
