About the Job

J M Keehn Accountancy Corporation is a dynamic tax and business management firm specializing in the entertainment industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and submitting financial statements, and analyzing financial data to provide valuable insights to clients. Additionally, you will lead and train team members, manage payroll and accounts receivable/accounts payable, and possess excellent communication skills for client interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Record financial transactions accurately using Datafaction
  • Manage payroll and accounts receivable/accounts payable
  • Generate and analyze financial reports
  • Lead and train team members
  • Prepare and submit financial statements

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Prior experience in the entertainment industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with Quickbooks and Datafaction
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions
