Job Summary

The Pallet Repair role is a vital part of our operations, requiring attention to detail and manual dexterity. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and repairing wooden pallets by hand using a nail gun, ensuring high-quality results under various working conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hand-building and repairing wooden pallets using a nail gun
  • Lifting pallets weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with potential extreme weather conditions
Requirements
  • Able to lift 50-75 pounds, adjust body position, and work varying shifts
  • Good balance and eye-hand-foot coordination
  • Close vision, distance vision, and color vision required
Work Environment
  • Extreme conditions, including elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
  • Varying noise levels depending on location
