This role is essential for the smooth execution of projects through effective material coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the inventory of physical materials, guaranteeing their readiness for laboratory evaluations.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to collect and share pertinent information regarding materials.
- Engage closely with our supply chain operations to facilitate timely delivery of essential materials ahead of project execution.
- Maintain precise documentation of sample logistics and inventory levels.
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory protocols in the management and storage of materials.
- Exhibit a customer-focused approach, addressing special, urgent, or detailed requests with care.
- Contribute to project planning, ensuring relevant sections are updated and executing plans within established timelines and budgets.

Qualifications:
- A BS/MS degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline, accompanied by a minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in lab automation, Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), and online inventory databases is essential. Basic to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management, particularly in laboratory environments, is preferred.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Capability to operate with minimal supervision in a cross-functional team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to a fast-paced and collaborative atmosphere.
- Familiarity with automated high-throughput sample preparation and analytical methodologies.
- Skills in experimental design, technical problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
