Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our team in the Hollywood area. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources.
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
  • Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs and connect them to solutions that meet their financial goals.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
  • Collaborative and effective communicator with strong relationships skills.
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and improving clients' financial lives.
  • Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions.
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
