Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to low-risk maternity patients in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Nursery units.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
  • Support the development of nursing staff through education, mentorship, and coaching.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Idaho.
