You will collaborate closely with our cleaning team to create and implement cleaning schedules and protocols, conduct inspections, and address any cleaning-related issues or concerns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute routine, preventative, and project cleaning activities across all facility areas.
  • Work with cleaning staff to ensure adherence to cleaning schedules and the effective completion of all cleaning tasks.
  • Establish and implement cleaning protocols and standards to guarantee compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Perform regular inspections of the facility to evaluate cleanliness and identify areas needing improvement, taking corrective measures as necessary.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely ordering of supplies.
  • Address member and guest inquiries and requests promptly, delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance and management, to resolve cleaning-related issues and ensure smooth facility operations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of cleaning storage areas, equipment rooms, and other designated spaces.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects and tasks as required, including deep cleaning, sanitation, and event setup and breakdown.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in cleaning or janitorial services, with prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment, with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols related to cleaning and sanitation is preferred.
  • CPR and first aid certification is preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to oversee cleaning operations and support facility activities.
