Café Associate

Job Summary

As a Café Associate at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for preparing fresh food items daily for our members. This includes following recipes, preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken, and ensuring high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area, as well as ensuring shelves are clean and maintaining temperature control.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare fresh food items daily, including following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
Ensure shelves are clean and maintain temperature control
Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
Maintain the Sales Floor in accordance with Company policies and procedures

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Food Service experience preferred
Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification preferred

Hourly Wage Range

The hourly wage range for this position is $15.00 to $22.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
