We provide a flexible hybrid work schedule (three days in the office, two days remote) to support work-life balance.


Military personnel and veterans holding ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, along with a suitable combination of education and experience as outlined below, will be eligible for this role.

Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity within our Supply Chain Management team for a Junior Procurement Analyst, Entry-Level Sourcing Coordinator, or Supply Chain Associate, based on the skills of the chosen candidate.


Junior Procurement Analyst Responsibilities:
- Request quotes, technical documents, and relevant terms and conditions.
- Acquire standard materials and services from vendors at competitive prices, while considering quality and reliability.
- Negotiate, finalize, and execute contracts and purchase orders.
- Communicate with field and project teams to ensure compliance with purchase agreements.
- Address issues related to material delivery, pricing discrepancies, quality concerns, and invoice adjustments.

Entry-Level Sourcing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Conduct spend analysis by supplier, commodity, or service.
- Identify potential suppliers.
- Develop and issue requests for proposals with detailed pricing structures.
- Analyze supplier submissions, conduct legal and insurance assessments, and perform financial evaluations.
- Negotiate terms including pricing, delivery, insurance, performance metrics, and contractual obligations.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures for procured materials and services through effective negotiation and ongoing management.
- Create and manage performance measurement tools on a contractual basis.
- Conduct trend analysis and implement process enhancements.
- Evaluate all cost and process elements of assigned spend.
- May lead cross-functional sourcing projects, including the formulation and execution of complex sourcing strategies.

Supply Chain Associate Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive spend analysis by supplier, commodity, or service.
- Identify potential suppliers and develop detailed requests for proposals.
- Review supplier proposals, conduct legal and insurance evaluations, and perform financial assessments.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, delivery schedules, and performance agreements.
- Seek and implement cost efficiencies for procured materials and services through negotiation and continuous oversight.
- Develop and manage performance measurement tools based on contracts.
- Conduct trend analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Analyze all cost and process dimensions of assigned spend.
- May lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives, including the development and execution of complex sourcing strategies.

Additional Qualifications

Junior Procurement Analyst:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of business and contract law.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial analysis.
- General knowledge of materials and services delivery processes.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Effective negotiation and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.

Entry-Level Sourcing Coordinator:
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of procurement practices and policies.
- Familiarity with business and contract law.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of MRP, ERP, and purchasing systems.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.

Supply Chain Associate:
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge of procurement practices and policies.
- Strong understanding of business and contract law.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and company systems.
- Operational knowledge of supplier relations and tactical planning.
- Ability to apply analytical skills to diverse issues.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.

Education Requirements
- A degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred educational qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
