Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead/Manager, Java Full Stack to join our team at High 5. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading offshore-onshore coordination, mentoring a team, and driving projects as a Scrum Master to ensure timely deliverables on production support and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of applications using Java technology framework and SQL as the Database for Manufacturing, BFS, and Capital Market clients.
  • Design and document software architecture based on existing architecture and client inputs.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT as required.
  • Engage with clients in requirement gathering, status updates on deliverables, UAT, and be the key stakeholder in overall engagement.

Requirements

  • BE/B Tech/MCA/BCA with IT experience in the range of 10-15 years.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Oracle PL/SQL.
  • UI preferably Angular 2.0 and above, JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, JQuery, and strong UX knowledge.
  • Technical professional with proven abilities in Java development and implementation.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, including conducting compelling technical briefings and demonstrations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in Core Java (1.8 or higher) and Spring framework (Core, AOP, Batch, JMS).
  • Strong experience of developing multi-threaded and synchronization applications.
  • Strong experience in Web Services (SOAP and REST) with prior experience on JMS/IBM MQ.
  • Demonstrated delivery experience of Micro services APIs using Springboot, Oracle PL/SQL development, and activities like Performance tuning/Optimization.
  • Experience of using Git/Bitbucket, Maven/Bamboo, and related tools.
  • Exposure to Continuous integration using DevOps.
  • Good understanding of Agile Delivery Methodology and experience in working with Scrum teams.
