Saxon Global is a leading provider of product development solutions. As a Data Analyst - Product Development Excellence, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve success. With a strong background in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy processes and tools. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in identifying problems and providing support to practitioners. A typical day will include collaborating with internal teams, developing and deploying processes and tools, and working with global teams to understand requirements and document enhancements. In addition to your technical skills, you will also need excellent coaching and communication skills to build cooperative working relationships with stakeholders, team members, and suppliers.

A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science, no experience necessary. You will also need strong technical skills, good coaching and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of 6 Sigma tools and techniques is also beneficial. The salary for this position is $65,000 per year.
