Position Summary: The Concessions Sales Associate is responsible for efficiently processing transactions and providing exceptional service to guests. This role requires a proactive approach to engaging with customers and assisting team members in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale system.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure service areas are well-maintained and meet cleanliness standards.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, pricing, and presentation.
  • Maintain safety and sanitation practices in accordance with company policies.
  • Adhere to cash handling and tip reporting procedures.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate stand sheets.
  • Complete all setup and breakdown tasks for the stand.
  • Communicate guest concerns to management promptly.
  • Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Handle all inventory and equipment with care.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and engage actively with guests.
  • Physical capability to reach, lift, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Demonstrate agility and stamina to remain mobile throughout shifts.
  • Respond effectively in emergency situations.
  • Ability to transition quickly between sitting and standing positions.
