Key Responsibilities- Deliver one-on-one ABA services to clients, utilizing evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans, ensuring seamless support for our clients.
- Accurately record session data using electronic devices, maintaining precise records for client progress.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for clients, building strong relationships with families and caregivers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Autism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
- RBT certification is required prior to commencement.
- Services will be provided in clients' homes or community-based locations.
- Part-time positions available, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
- Commitment to a minimum of 6 months is preferred, allowing for meaningful contributions to client progress.
