About the Role

MyCareersFuture is seeking an experienced AS400 Senior Developer to join our Treasury Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our AS400 applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop AS400 applications to meet business requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance existing AS400 applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system efficiency and scalability.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer.
Requirements
  • 6 years of experience in AS400 and Java system development.
  • Strong technical development background and experience with full project life cycle.
  • Experience with RPG/ILE, AS400 CL, Java, SQL Server, Oracle DB, and Linux.
  • Experience in environment setup, including object and library creation, MQ setup, and connection setup.
  • Experience in migration, restoration, and masking of data.
  • Experience with Aldon, Remedy, and Jira.
  • Experience in debugging legacy codes to analyze issues.
