Primary Care Physician Specialist

One Medical is seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team in Seattle, WA.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a patient panel with diverse needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and treating patients in-office or remotely via tele-health visits.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds for continuous learning and stay updated on clinical best practices
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams to provide comprehensive care
- Utilize specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date
- State licensed in Washington, obtained before start date
- A competitive salary range of $268,000 - $285,000 per year, plus potential bonuses and benefits
