Job Title: Plumbing Installation Lead

Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking a skilled Plumbing Installation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for leading the installation of plumbing systems in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the installation team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Perform installations to meet Goettl's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in ongoing technical training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Remove and replace equipment and materials in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
  • Ensure all work complies with municipal code requirements.
  • Protect the customer's home with appropriate coverings and verify their understanding of system operation.
  • Complete all required signatures, documentation, and collect outstanding balances.
  • Submit all related pictures per job to iAuditor and maintain a callback rate of less than 3%.
  • Achieve a customer satisfaction score of 4.5 or higher.
  • Finish all work within the allocated time for the job.

Pay Scale:

$60,000 to $150,000 DOE

Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of 2+ years of residential or commercial plumbing experience.
  • 1 year experience in a lead role strongly preferred.
  • Texas Plumbing License (Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master).
  • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).
  • OSHA 10 Construction and Safety (preferred).
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment and be committed to professional growth.
  • Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to lift more than 50 lbs. and bend, stoop, stand, and crawl for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and small spaces.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Must be over 18.

  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to provide a basic set of your own tools.
  • Must have flexibility to work schedule (days and hours including some nights and weekends).
