Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities to enhance the system of care and deliver improved patient outcomes through integration of Exact Sciences' solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, to understand their needs and preferences and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Business and Account Planning: Develop and implement business and account plans to increase the visibility and awareness of Exact Sciences' products and maximize opportunities and sales growth.
  • Product Education and Training: Educate and enable target physician and stakeholder groups about Exact Sciences' products and value propositions to equip them to make informed decisions about treatment choices and patient resources.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and product adoption.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of previous sales, inside sales, or account management experience, or 1+ year of previous sales experience plus 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting or other field related to the essential duties of the role.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong questioning and listening skills. Confident, professional, and credible presence. Strong presentation skills, including the ability to effectively convey concepts in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Medical Device Sales: 2+ years of experience in sales of medical devices or diagnostics.
  • Primary Care Physician Experience: Experience working with primary care physicians targeted customers.
  • Computer Technology Expertise: Expertise in computer technology that is specific to sales, including proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
